When this privacy statement refers to Yomie, it refers to Signage & Musicservices BV, with registered office at 3500 Hasselt, Bedrijfsstraat 2 bus 5 and with company number 0765.904.773 RPR Hasselt, as well as to any company affiliated with Signage & Musicservices BV in accordance with Article 11 of the Companies Code.

When you use Yomie's services, you entrust him/her with your data. This privacy statement aims to provide you with clarity about the data that Yomie collects, why Yomie collects it and what Yomie does with it. Yomie would also like to point out that Yomie is always at your disposal if you wish to make changes to the data that Yomie has.

1. What data does Yomie collect?
Your data is primarily collected to establish basic information (such as your name, address, language you speak) as well as more personal information (such as the functions you hold, your gender, etc.), which Yomie needs to provide the services for which you call on it.

For almost all Yomie services, you must provide Yomie with your most important identification data in advance. This is done by creating an account on the website, the assignment letter. This data is stored in Yomie's databases.

However, Yomie does not collect personal data relating to sensitive categories, such as categories based on race, religion, sexual orientation or health.
